World Waterski University Champ 2025 - UPDATE 01.03.2025 :

Kirsi WOLFISBERG (CNV) finished a very fine 5th place in tricks, despite a premature fall on her first flip in her second run. She scored 3820pts.

In jump, she placed 6th with a best jump of 36.60 metres.

Kirsi finished 5th in the overall.

It was a great week for the Swiss skier, even if she was a little sad for her slight underperformance in the figure final.

Well done Kirsi!

World Waterski University Champ 2025 - UPDATE 27.02.2025 : 

Kirsi WOLFISBERG (CNV) qualified for two of the three finals with very good performances in tricks and jump:
4510 points (4th place) and 39.10 meters (6th place) .

She is provisionally 3rd in overall !!!

Kirsi finished 19th in the slalom.

The 2025 IWWF University Worlds will be held at the Orakei Basin in Auckland, New Zealand from 26th February to 2nd March 2025. 

Only one Swiss athlete was able to attend this unique event, reserved for university students from all over the world.

IWWF communication 2025 IWWF University Worlds
The 2025 IWWF University Worlds will be held at the Orakei Basin in Auckland, New Zealand from 26th February to 2nd March 2025. This will be the first IWWF World Titled traditional waterski event hosted by New Zealand and will be towed exclusively by the World Record-Setting Ski Nautique. The 2025 IWWF University Worlds is a team event comprised of skiers between the ages of 17 and 28 who are full-time students in good standing at an accredited university. The event will be towed exclusively by the world record setting Ski Nautique.
